Your Right to Return

We want you to shop with confidence at MarieNest.

If you change your mind, you have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition

• Items must be returned in original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

Certain items may be excluded from returns for hygiene or safety reasons. Any exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at marienest@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions and further details.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

• We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be processed

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
